We chose every property for one reason: location. Our homes are located in the most desirable areas of Lido Key and Downtown Sarasota. Many are just a short walk from beautiful white-sand beaches, St. Armands Circle, outstanding restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

We also invest in our properties on a regular basis. We update furnishings, maintain every detail, and add amenities that make each stay more comfortable. Every home is clean, welcoming, and fully equipped so you can relax from the moment you arrive.
